Enjoy a spacious 100 m² living room with sofa and table soccer, ideal for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a dining table for 8, perfect for convivial meals with family or friends.
The villa offers 2 spacious 20 m² bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Super King bed. An 8 m² shower room with solar water heater, washing machine and drying rack is also available.
The 3rd bedroom is a master bedroom, with a Queen-size bed, a breathtaking view of the pool and the pass, a private shower room and a dressing room for your comfort.
The relaxation room can be converted into a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and is equipped with a sofa, 75” TV, Netflix access and children's games, inviting you to moments of relaxation.
Outside, a terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture awaits you to enjoy the sun, while you relax in a private pool.
