TIKEHAU – Bungalow Pacific Family
Tikehau is a paradise atoll in the Tuamotu archipelago, a 55-minute flight from Papeete, the capital of French Polynesia. An atoll is a type of coral island low in the tropical oceans. The atolls consist of a coral reef or barrier and several islets called motu. Tikehau offers its visitors a real natural swimming pool, superb white and pink sandy beaches as far as the eye can see, a crystal lagoon with a multitude of tropical fish species. Marine life is very rich and promises nature lovers beautiful shows.
The island is populated by around 500 people, the locals call it "the house of a peaceful world".
The population lives mainly on fishing and copra. Tikehau is one of the most popular atolls in Polynesia for relaxation, change of scenery, diving, fishing, discovery of natural Jacuzzis called "Feo", walks on the motus, visiting the picturesque and colorful village of Tuherahera and the bird island where rare species nest.
You will stay in a family Polynesian garden Bungalow, consisting of a bedroom for up to 5 people, a bathroom with hot water, and a private terrace with views of the beach and the lagoon. Breakfast and dinner is offered by your host. You will taste seafood, seasonal tropical fruits, and traditional Tahitian recipes, such as the essential raw fish in coconut milk.
The beach will be your favorite place! Take advantage of the specially designed relaxation areas with deckchairs, explore the lagoon by snorkeling or with the kayaks at your disposal, and fully live the experience of "The house of the quiet world" of this atoll where time seems to be 'to be arrested !

Nous avons passé 5jours incroyable dans ce logement situé sur la pension Hotu! L'accueil de Wendy avec les colliers de fleurs était parfait, la cuisine des deux cuisiniers étaient excellente chaque jour, repas partagés avec les autres voyageurs matinsee more

L'accueil de Wendy avec les colliers de fleurs était parfait, la cuisine des deux cuisiniers étaient excellente chaque jour, repas partagés avec les autres voyageurs matin et soir, des moments d'échanges, une vraie convivialité ! Que dire de Pep's ️ un soleil au quotidien qui reste gravé!!! L'amour, le partage donné à notre famille, à nos enfants fû exceptionnel!!
L'excursion proposé sur place pour les raies manta, l'île aux oiseaux, le repas sur motu de sable rose était parfaite! Nous avons été accueilli comme si nous étions chez nous, en famille, MERCI pour ces belles rencontres et le quotidien partagé ensemble nous ne l'oublierons jamais... |
